Once you have completed your purchase, you’ll be emailed a link to download your virtual pilates class. The link is a zipped file. Please unzip it on your computer by; right-clicking on the file, select ‘extract all’, hit enter and then enjoy.

The video file is an MP4 and will be able to play on any device. We suggest a TV or Computer. For the best possible experience, please play the file through external speakers.
